Children's Ministry
Children are an integral part of God's Kingdom. They too can experience and live in a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour and friend. We need not look down or discourage any child, as the seed of God's Word is sown effectively, by His grace will one day bear thirty, sixty, and a hundred fold.
We may frown upon the way the nation is retrogressing in its morals and standards, it may anger us at the way children are exploited, abused, and left at the mercy of those who break their spirits, it may grieve us to see that children are never given the opportunity to hear the gospel of Christ, yet we can make a difference with one child at a time. It is envisaged that through proper training and impartation, individuals would be effectively equipped to reach children in their spheres of influence. It is hoped that through reaching a child, the family would be reached, if the family is impacted, the community would be impacted, hence bringing transformation to a region, and from a region to a nation.

Joy Company Ministries is committed to training and equipping believers who have a passion and zeal to reach children for the Lord Jesus Christ. We earnestly encourage believers and local fellowships who have a vision to reach forth to children to fulfil the mission of the Church.
As a ministry we have designed the following trainings. Each contains theoretical and practical components and involves a practicum after each session. We can also tailor make a training session to suit your specific needs.

Reach Projects
In the many villages that we had been to, one thing is evident that the people live without hope, passing their time away in anguish waiting when death would snatch their last breath away. Many live in abject poverty, a hand to mouth existence, hanging on to cultic superstitious beliefs. It is to peoples and communities as these that the REACH PROJECT seeks to reach, touch, and scratch a cavity so that a glimmer of the Light of Hope can shine through, allowing for the salvation of the soul. "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believe" Romans 1:16
Annually we endeavour to host a Reach Project in partnership with local fellowships. We proclaim the gospel in the context of the village and share the love of Christ practically through gifts. To date we have reached over two thousand through this project.
Older Persons
In the Tamil language there is a proverb that says: the house says go, go and the graveyard beckons come, come. To be an aged person, and a widow is a curse in India. Many old people work to eke out a living till their last breath, for they have no assurance that their families would provide a meal for them. Many times we have heard the lament of the aged saying:"Please give me at least one plate of kanji (rice gruel), for my hands are so feeble, I cannot lift the pot to strain it myself. " As part of our vision we endeavour to reach out to older persons who are on the brink of entering eternity, therefore we are committed to tell them that there is only one destination through one Saviour.
The Widowed
There are many communities in India who still abandon widows because of the inauspiciousness that they represent through superstitious beliefs. Many are left destitute with not much means to support and sustain themselves. Some are ostracized from their villages and are left to a premature death in appalling conditions. Many widows accept their plight as karma, or retribution as the life assigned to them. This plunges them into an abyss of despair, seeking for a thread of hope to rescue them.
